Chef Laurie Walton
Chef Laurie Walton brings a love for cooking and creativity to every event at Savour The Moment Catering. Her favourite part of catering is the joy of feeding people and the endless opportunities for creative expression. When she’s not in the kitchen, Laurie enjoys tennis, golf, spending time with friends, and indulging in artistic hobbies like painting and quilting. Currently, her favourite wine is a crisp Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand—Villa Maria. Chef Laurie’s passion for both food and creativity shines through in every dish she prepares.
Anissa Foley is the passionate owner of Savour The Moment Catering and Wicked Catering, both located in London, Ontario. When she’s not busy with her thriving catering business, she enjoys entertaining friends and family, often cooking for leisure. Anissa takes immense pride in her work, especially when she steps back to admire the visual presentation of her dishes, embracing the idea that "you eat with your eyes first."
Anissa's favourite wine is a bold, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. She is currently exploring new vintage reserves and finds herself particularly intrigued by wines from Washington State. Her motto, "Live life on the edge, enjoy every second, follow your arrow," reflects her zest for life and dedication to pursuing her passions.
